Complete Satisfaction

It is so amazing that also modern science tells us that the energy in the universe is constant throughout eternity.

There is continuous change and motion as well as a tranquil existence which is the observer of it all. In Indian terms the observer is called Purusha (the male principle), and activity, life, creativity is called Prakriti (the female principle).

We are naturally a part of this eternal cosmic play and can become conscious of our role in it.

So how can we tune in to this reality? We have to start the spiritual journey, we have to focus on the inner realities more.

We also know that this consciousness is not of the body, as every 7 years each cell of the body is replaced.

So to remember things from your past clearly indicates that there is another reality within you which is the Soul.

Now how can we become conscious of this reality? Here the work starts 🙂

Clearly we have to spend some time in meditation. This will connect us to that reality through our Heart and Soul.

We also should learn to discriminate between the real and the unreal. This we can do by becoming only the observer of our thoughts and by developing a certain level of detachment- which will help you to have this feeling of not being totally caught by the outer life.

Slowly you can retain some awareness of your inner self also during the day, so you will not have those extreme highs and lows.

Things that help to become more subtle, pure and receptive are:

  • reading spiritual books
  • singing and chanting spiritual songs
  • some exercise to keep the body fit.

What can you get from all that? Well, if you can perceive this immortal and blissful reality which is the Supreme reality, you will have complete satisfaction!

You will never ever feel lonely and unloved! Because you have faith that you are worthy to be loved and you are part of this Supreme reality.

In this way you will learn the purpose of your existence!
